Only transactions that appear as unprocessed may be cancelled. All unprocessed transactions may be viewed in the following location in the online platform -> EFTs/Unprocessed/Unsettled Transactions.
To cancel:
- Locate the transaction
- Select the Cancel option on the left of the transaction
